Methode Main Course:
- Wash chicken and marinated with S & P
- fry chicken until half cook, and put in plate
- Melt butter in pan, enter Shallot until flavored out
- enter champignon, then tomato concase, mix
- add demiglace,taragon and S & P, mix
- enter half cook chicken and cook until reduce.
- Put in dinner plate
Methode Boiled potato:
- Boil potato with butter and S & P
- after cook, put beside maindish in dinner plate
Methode Deluxe Butter Veg:
- Melt butter in pan, put Baby green bean, Corn, and carrot which were blanced
- give S & P, then stop cooking
- put beside maindish
