Chef Start

Catering is the  bussines of providing foodservice at a remote site or a site such as a hotel, public house (pub), or other location. I have going study about restaurant majoring, I third grade in Vacational High School Jakarta, I  learn all about restaurant, food and beverages and service guest, is so fun learn about its.

The first when I start learned about restaurant in my class,I found three subject new they are Product, Service, and Present Food.  I've got confused at that moment. It all so new for me, I was learned vegetable cutting, garnishing, made stock, soup, etc. I was learn too about service guest at restaurant there a sequences.

I had jascook with tie,epron,and cook hat also one set of knife. what a so proud! when I used it and stand in kitchen, in front of stove,sink and working table.In the first grade I had cook Western food, in the second grade is Indonesian food, and last in the third grade I have cook Continental food.. oO.. all is so delicious :D
